The quintessential stagger home from the pub on a snowy night, in Coundon. A walk I have attempted many times. The line of pubs all meant something to all of us who graced them. There was a definite route on the pub crawl. Juke boxes blaring out the second the door opens, laughter, friendship, community. It’s still there. This scene will stay with me for the rest of my life.
